The abaya is cut in a sweeping silhouette, the velvet absorbing light rather than reflecting it. A trailing border of hand-embroidered botanicals runs the full length of the opening, dusty rose and slate blue placed against the dark ground with precision. The interior layers in navy silk and geometric jacquard, a complete world beneath the outer one. Every element considered, nothing decorative without purpose.
