Returns to physical retail outlets are accepted free of charge within 3 working days.

For returns via courier, customers are responsible for any associated fees.
Customers will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred for the initial delivery of returned products
Refunds or credits will be issued only after we have received and processed the returned products.
Returns or exchanges are not permitted for marked-down, sale, or personalized items.
Items must be returned unused with all tags attached. Damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Please include any provided belts, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags with your return.
Warranty
All products are designed for their intended purpose. The customer warrants proper handling, storage, installation, use, or wear of the products, in accordance with any provided instructions.
We are not liable for any claims related to defects or unsuitability of the products.
Customers are expected to read and familiarize themselves with any Care Guides provided on the site.
Third-Party Alterations and Liability
In the event that a customer engages a third party to clean, repair, or make any adjustments or alterations to a product without prior written approval from us, we will not be held liable for the outcome or for any resulting damage to or loss of the product. Such third-party involvement will void any warranties or liabilities associated with the product, regardless of the duration of the customer's possession of the item since its initial purchase.
