All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We aim to deliver orders within 7-14 working days, depending on your location and product availability

 Delivery is free within UAE if the order value is above AED 1000.

Customized orders will be delivered within 10-15 working days for UAE addresses and 15-20 working days for international addresses. Should there be any delays, customers will be promptly notified.

Please note that international deliveries do not include customs charges. Orders outside the UAE may incur import duties, taxes, and fees, as all international shipments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any additional charges required to release their purchase from customs.

International delivery is charged based on weight. standard international delivery fee starts at AED 200
